Catherine is the founder and the managing director of DAXTER. She began her career in 1995 within a notarial office, where she was in charge of the management and development of a valuation department.
In 2002, she joined GECINA, where she oversaw several services: asset management, property strategy and Disposals / Investments. In 2007, she founded AHLQVIST & ASSOCIES, which became DAXTER.
Education background: technical diploma - business school degree -- specialized master's degree at ESTP, Alban took charge the property management service in 2012. In parallel, he gradually specialized in strategic consulting and asset management: renovation: value development, sale, investment.

Jean specialized in property management after a Master in Real Estate Law. After 4 years of experience, he joined us to contribute to the development / expansion of the property management service.
A graduate of NEOMA Business School and a holder of a Master II in banking and finance, Kawtar is our Office & Development Manager.
She is in charge of development and partnerships and provides support to marketing and communication. She takes care of client relationships, particularly internationally.
She also orchestrates routine internal activity and performs financial and administrative monitoring. She supports the team in their different duties, carrying out various studies, mainly financial.

Didier brings more than 20 years of experience in management and value development of property estates of diversified asset types on behalf of private or institutional investors. In this context, he has carried out a large number of transactions involving the development and renovation of buildings (setting up transactions, programming, assistance to contracting authority and marketing, in both corporate and residential property).
Didier then specialised in consulting and services dedicated to users. He has managed the implementation of numerous real-estate operation and management projects on behalf of SMEs, including in the regions. He is also an experienced practitioner in renegotiating leases and rental conditions for retail brands.
Didier is a Chartered Surveyor and Chairman of the Sorbonne Immo association.
Education background: Master’s degree at ESPI, Anne has been a real estate valuer for over 10 years. She can handle appraisal techniques of all types of assets.

Education background : Master’s degree (litigation and enforcement law – Paris 12), Master’s degree specialized in real estate law (M2 Private and public property law – Aix-en Provence - Marseille).
Axel joined the legal department of the real estate leasing department/ branch of a large French bank before joining us. He monitors regulatory changes and ensures the respect of the legislation and the regulation in force. He also brings his legal expertise to all our missions and oversees the drafting of the legal acts.
