Valuation

With its experience and know-how, DAXTER adapts its service offer to the needs of each of its customers, around four axes of service:

1 The delivery of (property) valuation reports (detailed or summary) in accordance with the recommendations of the Charter of Expertise in Property Valuation, the Red Book of RICS and the Blue Book of TEGoVA.

2 The drafting of strategic consultation notes aimed at optimizing an asset situation or supporting a project with economic, fiscal, legal and if necessary technical recommendations. These consultation notes can also be used in the analysis of investment deals or the conduct of due diligence.

3 Tax assistance through the representation and defense of the client's interests during a value control by the Administration.
We reinforced our service by concluding a partnership with Plaisant Expertise, specialist of tax optimization (property tax, urban planning taxes...).

4 The drafting of market studies (sale and rental, all types of assets) or marketability study
